چکیده

Abstract Cassia auriculata is an Ayurvedic medicinal herb, traditionally indicated for diabetes and hyperlipidemia. Several works have demonstrated its antioxidant, antidiabetic anti-hyperlipidemic activity in vivo vitro . Nevertheless, only a few investigated phytochemical composition, specifically, the polyphenolic composition of various plant parts that are used. In this work, C. leaves, flowers flower buds were evaluated using UPLC-QqQ-MS/MS. Our results profile parts. A total five benzoic acids, four hydroxycinnamic three flavonoids two other phenolic compounds identified quantified. show most abundant (4204 µg/g DW), while acids prominent (3924 DW). Total acid contents ranged from 1580 to 3924 DW leaf flower, respectively. Hydroxycinnamic 404 2623 leaves. Flavonoids showed highest lowest levels observed (2626 The meaning discussed light bioactivities compounds, concomitant with reported bioactivities. To our knowledge, first work identify quantify bud
